Weeds - Wild Strawberry

  (August) We trimmed some boxwood bushes this spring and now have a lot of wild strawberry vine around them. It is in an area, where they cannot spread uncontrolled. Do they make a good ground cover or should I keep them removed?

  Wild strawberries are very difficult to control, and some folks do like them as a groundcover. They have a small white flower and then a small red fruit. The only warning, is that they probably won't be content to stay where they are currently growing, so keep an eye on them.
