'Q' (Question)  (December) What exactly is arugula and can it be grown in Arkansas?

'A' (Answer)  Arugula is one of the new gourmet salad greens. It is also called rocket. It grows well in Arkansas, and only slows down during the hottest summer months, when the greens can also become a bit more bitter. Arugula has a spicy, almost peppery flavor to it and is often found in many salad mixes.
